Breakfast in our hotel is a special moment: a buffet breakfast with sweet and savoury food, a chef who can prepare eggs and a corner for waffles and pancakes, made at the moment. In the buffet, there are also products for coeliac and intolerant people (biscuits, crackers, snacks, bread) and the typical Ligurian focaccia, which must traditionally be soaked in hot cappuccino.
The Hotel has a beautiful restaurant where chef Maurizio Armilio offers a very refined cuisine, with delicate flavours and with an eye for the choice of products. Particular attention is paid to the gastronomic traditions and recipes of our region. Unmissable delicious fish dishes.
A rich buffet of fresh salads, seasonal vegetables and delicious and imaginative appetizers completes the gastronomic offer.
For coeliac and intolerant people the chef prepares alternative menus at the request of guests using well-selected and guaranteed foods. To protect your health, we ask guests to report allergies and food intolerances carefully to the dining room staff.
The lunch is served with a free buffet solution. At dinner, the chef suggests a menu of your choice between three first courses and four main courses, with fish specialties every day. Young children have the opportunity to choose a children menu, while for very young children, a baby food menu is available.
