reservations, advance payments and cancellations

The rate for 3-star hotels is 1.00 € per day per person and is due for a maximum of 5 nights. The tax is applied in the period between 1 June and 30 September and is not included in the rate of the stay

For exemptions, reference to art. 6 of Municipal Regulation shall be made

STAY CONDITIONS

The Full Board starts from lunch on the day of arrival and ends with breakfast on the day of departure. Meals not eaten are non-refundable and can only be replaced by the lunch basket

Half board: with the half board formula you can choose every day whether to have lunch or dinner

The Full / Half Board Service can only be used starting from stays of 3 nights, for shorter stays the bed and breakfast rate is valid with the possibility of having any meals at the restaurant at a cost of 25 € per person

The Rooms are available from 13.30 on the day of arrival. If you arrive early in the morning, you can unload your luggage and carry out the check-in operations at the reception. We trust in your patience to wait for the set time to allow us to make the rooms available to you in conditions of maximum cleanliness and hospitality. For the same reason, we kindly ask the departing guests to vacate the rooms not later than 10 am

Parking: despite the well-known difficulties of space, the hotel management guarantees a private parking space (for a fee) for each room. The parking space is available from 11.00 on the day of arrival and must be vacated at 10.00 on the day of departure.

In the rooms, as in the whole hotel, smoking is prohibited.
Pets: we are sorry to communicate that pets are not allowed in the hotel.

Check in is possible until 11.00 pm upon communication to the reception

Late Check out is possible according to room availability at an additional cost of 45.00 €

The Standard room for single use has a supplement of € 35.00 per day (excluding the summer period from mid-June to the end of August)

CHECK IN and CHECK OUT

The rooms are available from 1.30 pm. If you arrive early in the morning, you can unload your luggage and carry out the check-in operations. We trust in your patience to wait for the scheduled time to allow us to make the rooms available to you, in conditions of maximum cleanliness and hospitality. For the same reason, we kindly ask the departing guests to vacate the rooms no later than 10.00 am. To facilitate check-out operations, guests are advised to request the bill at the reception the evening before departure, by 9.30 pm.

PARKING: despite the known difficulties of space, the hotel management guarantees a private parking space (for a fee) for each hotel room. The parking space must be vacated at check out (10 am).

PETS: we are sorry to communicate that pets are not allowed in the hotel.

BOOKING CONFIRMATION

We only consider confirmed bookings followed by the payment of a deposit of € 500 for long stays.

For short stays, it is sufficient to communicate the credit card number to guarantee the reservation: in case of no show, the price of one night stay will be charged.

Important: with the payment of the deposit, all general booking conditions are considered understood and accepted in full.

CONFIRMATORY DEPOSIT

For the payment of the deposit you can choose the following methods:

  • bank transfer to the bank account of Hotel Villa Ida, Banca Carige, Agenzia di Alassio, IBAN IT13 F061 7549 2400 0000 1655 420
  • debit on credit card by communicating the card number by phone / mail
  • postal order addressed to HOTEL VILLA IDA VIA ROMA 90 17053 LAIGUEGLIA

*Please indicate in the “reason of payment” the name of the person who booked, to avoid confusion or payments made out by others.

PAYMENT SETTLEMENT

We accept payments in cash (according to current regulations), by check, credit card (Visa, Maestro, Cartasi, Mastercard) or debit card

CANCELLATION POLICY

In case of cancellation made up to 10 days before the arrival date, the deposit will not be returned, but can be recovered and used for a stay during the same year.
In case of cancellation close to the date (i.e. less than 10 days before the arrival date) unfortunately the deposit is not returned and is lost.

Medical certificates, hospitalizations, medical visits and adverse weather conditions do not change the cancellation regulation.

Reference to Art. 1358 and 1386 of the Civil Code: “The down payment, as penalization, will not be refunded in any case of cancellation”

To protect the guest, for any cancellation of the booked stay, we recommend an insurance to cover economic damage. In this regard, we recommend that you contact your trusted insurance company.

LATE ARRIVAL AND / OR EARLY DEPARTURE

If changes to the established booking dates are made up to 10 days before, there are no penalties.
If they are decided close to the date of the stay (less than 10 days before the booked dates), all booked days will be charged.

In case of partial occupancy of the room (with respect to the booking made), the rate does not change.
