The Bed and Breakfast service with rich buffet is at guest’s disposal from 8,00 to 11,00 a.m.
The Half Board service can only be used starting from stays of 3 nights, for shorter stays the bed and breakfast rate is valid with the possibility of having any meals at the restaurant at a cost of 25 € per person. Dinner is served from 19,30 to 21,00 p.m.
The Rooms are available from 14.00 on the day of arrival. If you arrive early in the morning, you can unload your luggage and carry out the check-in operations at the reception. We trust in your patience to wait for the set time to allow us to make the rooms available to you in conditions of maximum cleanliness and hospitality. For the same reason, we kindly ask the departing guests to vacate the rooms not later than 10 a.m.
Parking: despite the well-known difficulties of space, the hotel management guarantees a private parking space (for a fee) for each room. The parking space is available from 11.00 on the day of arrival and must be vacated at 10.00 on the day of departure.
In the rooms, as in the whole hotel, smoking is prohibited.
Pets: we are sorry to communicate that pets are not allowed in the hotel.
Check in is possible until 11.00 p.m. upon communication to the reception
Late Check out is possible according to room availability at an additional cost of 45.00 €
The Standard room for single use has a supplement of € 35.00 per day (excluding the summer period from mid-June to the end of August)
The beach establishments that apply special rates for hotel guests which should be contacted directly for information and costs are the following:

CHECK IN and CHECK OUT
The rooms are available from 1.30 pm. If you arrive early in the morning, you can unload your luggage and carry out the check-in operations. We trust in your patience to wait for the scheduled time to allow us to make the rooms available to you, in conditions of maximum cleanliness and hospitality. For the same reason, we kindly ask the departing guests to vacate the rooms no later than 10.00 am.
PARKING: despite the known difficulties of space, the hotel management guarantees a private parking space (for a fee) for each hotel room. The parking space must be vacated at check out (10 am).
For short stays, it is sufficient to communicate the credit card number to guarantee the reservation: in case of no show, the price of one night stay will be charged.
Important: with the payment of the deposit, all general booking conditions are considered understood and accepted in full.
For the payment of the deposit you can choose the following methods:

- debit on credit card by communicating the card number by phone / mail
- postal order addressed to HOTEL VILLA IDA VIA ROMA 90 17053 LAIGUEGLIA
*Please indicate in the “reason of payment” the name of the person who booked, to avoid confusion or payments made out by others.
In case of cancellation close to the date (i.e. less than 10 days before the arrival date) unfortunately the deposit is not returned and is lost.
Medical certificates, hospitalizations, medical visits and adverse weather conditions do not change the cancellation regulation.
Reference to Art. 1358 and 1386 of the Civil Code: “The down payment, as penalization, will not be refunded in any case of cancellation”
To protect the guest, for any cancellation of the booked stay, we recommend an insurance to cover economic damage. In this regard, we recommend that you contact your trusted insurance company.
LATE ARRIVAL AND / OR EARLY DEPARTURE
If they are decided close to the date of the stay (less than 10 days before the booked dates), all booked days will be charged.
In case of partial occupancy of the room (with respect to the booking made), the rate does not change.
